Overview Our client is on the lookout for: a fast, accurate converter to turn inquiries into bookings across phone, email, and OTAs. Key responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries within SLA; issue quotes/confirmations - Manage OTA extranets (rates, allocations, stop-sells) - Record/modify/cancel reservations; ensure guarantees & auths - Coordinate deposits/refunds/no-show charges with Finance - Produce pickup/pace/cancellation reports; flag demand spikes - Upsell categories & add-ons; track personal conversion Education & experience: - Certificate/Diploma Hospitality/Travel & Tourism; 1–2 years reservations or agency ticketing. Skills & tools: - PMS, channel manager/OTAs, Excel; numeracy, attention to detail, objection handling. KPIs: - Quote response time, conversion rate, booking accuracy, no-show/cancel ratio. Working conditions: - Shifts incl. evenings/weekends in peak season. Salary KES 35,000 – 55,000 Benefits: commission/bonus possible, meals, and medical. Growth path: Senior Reservations → Revenue.
