Overview Our client invites applications for: a floor leader who coaches the desk, controls cash, and keeps lobby flow slick on busy days. Key responsibilities: - Run pre-shift briefings; align with Housekeeping on boards - Supervise cashiering; approve refunds/voids per matrix - Handle escalations; drive service recovery and follow-up - Optimize queues/staffing live; maintain key control & logs - Audit checklists and files; ensure compliance & grooming - Coach upsell techniques; share results & best practices Education & experience: - Diploma Hospitality/Front Office; 2–3 years FO with 1+ year team-lead. Skills & tools: - PMS, POS, Excel/rostering; leadership, numeracy, communication. KPIs: - Queue time, cashier discrepancy rate, FO sentiment/NPS. Working conditions: - Rotating shifts; occasional late-night coverage. Salary KES 85,000 – 110,000 Benefits: service charge eligible, uniform, company car, and medical. N/B The client is willing to facilitate the acquisition of a driving license if the qualifying candidate lacks a driving license. Growth path: Front Office Manager → Rooms Division.
