Overview Our client requires: a standards champion who can assign boards, inspect rooms/public areas, coach attendants, and keep linen costs in check. Key responsibilities: - Brief and assign attendants; track progress; re-allocate for rushes. - Inspect rooms/public areas; record defects; verify corrections. - Coach on speed/quality; run spot-training on weak points. - Manage pantries, keys, L&F; enforce safety & hygiene SOPs. - Track linen par levels; work with laundry/outsource partners. - Plan and lead weekly deep-clean schedules. Education & experience: - Cert/Diploma Housekeeping/Hotel Ops; 2+ yrs housekeeping; 1+ yr lead. Salary: KES 70,000–90,000. Conditions: floor-heavy role; walking/standing most of shift. Growth path: Assistant Exec Housekeeper → Executive Housekeeper.
