Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – CBD Overview Our client is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping & laundry strategy staffing, budgets, vendor contracts, hygiene audits, and renovations while lifting guest cleanliness scores and keeping CPOR in line. Key Responsibilities: - Build rosters and training plans; manage performance and succession. - Own departmental budget; monitor CPOR; approve procurement and capex. - Negotiate linen/guest supplies and outsourcing contracts. - Lead hygiene/ISO audits; ensure corrective actions close on time. - Partner with Front Office/Engineering on room readiness and defects. - Plan annual deep-cleans, soft-renos, and out-of-order schedules. - Publish weekly dashboard: NPS, CPOR, staffing, linen loss, projects. Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management. - 5–7 years progressive housekeeping leadership (4★/5★). Skills & Tools: - Tools: PMS, inventory systems, Excel/BI dashboards. - Skills: people leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and projects. KPIs: - Cleanliness NPS; CPOR; audit scores; staff turnover; linen loss %. Work Conditions: - Office + floor presence; weekend coverage as needed. Compensation (Kenya) KES 150,000–240,000/month.
