Openings: 10 positions Location: Nairobi – Two outlets (casual + premium) Overview: Our client is hiring ten Waiters/Waitresses to deliver fast, friendly service across two outlets one casual, one premium. You’ll master the steps of service, know the menu cold, and upsell confidently while keeping tables turning smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Take orders accurately; deliver food/drinks per service scripts. - Set up/break down sections; maintain mise-en-place and cleanliness. - Use POS; process cash/cards; balance at shift end. - Advise on allergens; follow hygiene and safety standards. - Upsell specials and pairings; meet average check targets. - Assist banquets/pop-ups as rostered; support teammates at peak. Education & Experience: - Certificate in F&B Service & Sales preferred. - 6–12 months service experience; trainees considered for entry roles. Skills & Tools: - Tools: POS, tray/jack, basic barista/bartending. - Skills: guest care, speed/accuracy, product knowledge, cash handling. KPIs: - Guest satisfaction; average check uplift; order accuracy; table turn time. Work Conditions: - Shifts, split shifts, nights/weekends/holidays. Compensation (Kenya) KES 20,000–35,000/month (+ tips/service charge). Dependent on experience. Benefits: - Meals; uniform; tips/service charge pool.
