Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Premium casual Overview: Our client is looking for a commercial-savvy Restaurant Manager to own P&L, people, and guest experience, driving traffic, average check, and margin while keeping standards tight and the team engaged. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outlet P&L: forecast, budget, monthly variance analysis. - Recruit, train, roster, and performance-manage a high-output team. - Lift guest satisfaction via coaching, audits, and SOP adherence. - Partner with kitchen on menu engineering and product quality. - Lead inventories, cost control, supplier relationships, and audits. - Plan promotions/events; analyze results and iterate. - Ensure compliance (HACCP, licensing, labor law) and safety drills. Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/F&B Mgmt or Business. - 3–5 years supervisory experience in busy restaurants. Skills & Tools: - Tools: POS/back-office, Excel/BI dashboards, reservation platforms. - Skills: leadership, financial acumen, people development, marketing. KPIs: - GOP margin; labor %; food cost %; NPS/reviews; staff turnover. Work Conditions: - Evenings/weekends; floor presence during peaks. Compensation (Kenya) KES 200,000–270,000/month (+ KPI bonus).
