Overview

Our client is looking for an F&B Manager to lead all restaurants, bars, and banquets setting strategy, standards, and promotions that grow revenue while keeping food and labor costs on target.

Key Responsibilities

Build annual budgets/forecasts; deliver GOP targets.
Coach outlet leaders; ensure brand/hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO).
Approve menus, promotions, and pricing with culinary.
Oversee events/banqueting P&L; ensure profitable execution.
Monitor guest feedback; implement continuous improvement.
Partner with Sales/Marketing on campaigns; track ROI.
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans.

Education & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/F&B Mgmt.
5–7 years with 2+ in leadership (4★/5★ preferred).

Skills & Tools

Tools: POS/back-office, inventory/recipe systems, Excel/BI.
Skills: leadership, financial acumen, project management, stakeholder mgmt.

KPIs

GOP margin; food/labor %; RevPASH/covers; NPS; audit scores.

Work Conditions

Evenings/weekends for events; late finishes when required.

Compensation (Kenya) KES 100,000–150,000/month (+ bonus eligibility).
