Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – 4★ city hotel Overview Our client is looking for an F&B Manager to lead all restaurants, bars, and banquets setting strategy, standards, and promotions that grow revenue while keeping food and labor costs on target. Key Responsibilities: - Build annual budgets/forecasts; deliver GOP targets. - Coach outlet leaders; ensure brand/hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO). - Approve menus, promotions, and pricing with culinary. - Oversee events/banqueting P&L; ensure profitable execution. - Monitor guest feedback; implement continuous improvement. - Partner with Sales/Marketing on campaigns; track ROI. - Develop talent pipelines and succession plans. Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/F&B Mgmt. - 5–7 years with 2+ in leadership (4★/5★ preferred). Skills & Tools: - Tools: POS/back-office, inventory/recipe systems, Excel/BI. - Skills: leadership, financial acumen, project management, stakeholder mgmt. KPIs: - GOP margin; food/labor %; RevPASH/covers; NPS; audit scores. Work Conditions: - Evenings/weekends for events; late finishes when required.
