Openings: 2 Location: Nairobi – Kiambu Overview: Our client is looking for two Travel Consultants to design itineraries, issue tickets, and deliver dependable after-sales care for leisure and corporate travelers. Key Responsibilities: - Build itineraries/quotes; advise on visas/insurance/health. - Issue/reissue/refund tickets per airline rules; manage queues/ADMs. - Maintain CRM; handle after-sales support and disruptions. - Meet monthly sales/conversion targets; record daily productivity. - Coordinate suppliers (DMOs, hotels, transfers); manage vouchers. Education & Experience: - IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Diploma in Travel & Tourism. - 1–3 years agency/OTA/tour operations; GDS essential. Skills & Tools: - Tools: Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo; back-office/CRM; payments & reconciliation. - Skills: sales, attention to detail, client communication, problem solving. KPIs: - Sales vs target; ticketing accuracy; client retention; ADM rate. Work Conditions: - Rostered shifts; occasional Saturdays. Compensation (Kenya) KES 58,000–67,000/month (+ commissions).
