Openings: 3 positions Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for three AR Officers to invoice accurately, collect cash fast, and keep DSO low, without burning customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate invoices/credit notes; verify deliveries and PO support. - Manage collections; negotiate payment plans; log promises and follow-ups. - Post receipts, bank reconciliations; send monthly customer statements. - Escalate disputes to Sales/Service with evidence and timelines. - Maintain AR ageing; publish weekly DSO dashboard. Education & Experience: - Diploma/BCom Accounting/Finance. - 1–3 years AR/collections. Skills & Tools: - ERP AR, Excel, persuasive communication, firmness with courtesy. KPIs: - DSO; % >60 days; dispute cycle time; bad-debt write-offs. Compensation (Kenya) KES 60,000–100,000 + collections bonus.
