Overview

Our client is looking for three AR Officers to invoice accurately, collect cash fast, and keep DSO low, without burning customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate invoices/credit notes; verify deliveries and PO support.
Manage collections; negotiate payment plans; log promises and follow-ups.
Post receipts, bank reconciliations; send monthly customer statements.
Escalate disputes to Sales/Service with evidence and timelines.
Maintain AR ageing; publish weekly DSO dashboard.

Education & Experience

Diploma/BCom Accounting/Finance.
1–3 years AR/collections.

Skills & Tools

ERP AR, Excel, persuasive communication, firmness with courtesy.

KPIs

DSO; % >60 days; dispute cycle time; bad-debt write-offs.

Compensation (Kenya) KES 60,000–100,000 + collections bonus. Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands.
