Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi (hybrid) Overview: Our client is looking for an FP&A Analyst to turn numbers into actions, budgets, rolling forecasts, scenarios, and board-ready insights. Key Responsibilities: - Build annual budget and quarterly/rolling forecasts. - Drive monthly variance analysis with executive commentary. - Partner with department heads on revenue/cost initiatives. - Model pricing, unit economics, and promotional scenarios. - Build BI dashboards stakeholders actually use. Education & Experience: - BSc Finance & Accounting/BCom Finance; CFA L1/ACCA a plus. - 2–4 years FP&A/audit/consulting. Skills & Tools: - Excel advanced, PowerQuery/BI, data storytelling. KPIs: - Forecast accuracy; timeliness; adoption of recommendations. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–260,000 + bonus (up to 20%). Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary with your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, pension, training.
