Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for a Credit Controller to define credit policies, set limits, and protect cash without killing growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own credit policy; set/adjust customer limits and terms. - Review applications; coordinate KYC and security. - Oversee collections with AR; escalate delinquency. - Report risk, DSO, and provisioning to leadership. - Lead periodic credit committee meetings. Education & Experience: - BCom Finance/Accounting; 3–5 years credit/collections. Skills & Tools: - Risk assessment, negotiation, Excel/BI, legal basics. KPIs: - DSO; delinquency buckets; write-offs; policy adherence. Compensation (Kenya) KES 150,000–240,000 + quarterly bonus. Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary with your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, pension, phone.
