Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant to safeguard capex, capitalization rules, asset tracking, impairment testing, and disposal accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain FAR; tag assets; reconcile to GL and physical. - Capitalize projects; manage WIP and transfers. - Run depreciation, revaluations, and impairments per policy. - Coordinate periodic physical counts and disposals. - Support audits with FA schedules and documentation. Education & Experience: - BCom/Accounting; CPA; 2–4 years FA experience. Skills & Tools: - ERP FA modules, Excel, and documentation rigor. KPIs: - FAR accuracy, count variances, timely capitalization, and audit issues. Compensation (Kenya): KES 120,000–190,000 + annual bonus. Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary with your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, pension.
