Overview

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to lead close, reporting, compliance, and business partnering across multiple entities, building a disciplined, data-driven finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Own month-end close, consolidations, and management reporting.
Lead budgeting/forecast cycles; guide variance actions with SLTs.
Oversee AP/AR/Payroll/Tax; enforce controls and SOPs.
Manage audits, policies, and banking relationships.
Build, coach, and performance-manage the finance team.

Education & Experience

BCom/Accounting; CPA/ACCA; 3–8 years with 2+ in leadership.

Skills & Tools

ERP mastery, Excel/BI, leadership, stakeholder influence.

KPIs

Timely accurate reporting; audit outcomes; cash/working capital; team engagement.

Compensation (Kenya)

KES 250,000–400,000 + annual bonus (up to 20%). Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary with your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands.
