Openings: 10 positions Location: Nairobi & major towns Overview: Our client is looking for energetic Sales Executives to open new doors daily, prospecting, demoing, and closing while maintaining a clean CRM and tight follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect daily via field routes, calls, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. - Book meetings, run product demos, and tailor proposals. - Maintain pipeline hygiene; update CRM after every activity. - Negotiate within discount guardrails; close monthly targets. - Collect market intel and relay insights to Marketing/Product. - Coordinate deliveries/activations with Operations. - Prepare weekly forecasts and activity reports. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/Finance/BIS) or Diploma in Business/PR. - 0–3 years in field/inside sales (graduates welcome). Skills & Tools: - CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), presentation skills, objection handling, persistence. KPIs: - Meetings set; win rate; revenue vs target; sales cycle; activity adherence. Compensation (Kenya): KES 35,000–70,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE 90,000–180,000+). Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary with your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, airtime, transport/float, smartphone allowance (where applicable). Growth Path (hierarchy/expected promotions): - Senior Sales Executive → Account Manager → Key Account Manager.
