Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to build Joint Business Plans (JBPs), secure listings, and run promo calendars for national/enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop JBPs; align pricing, listings, visibility and promo grids. - Negotiate trading terms, SLAs and penalties; protect margin. - Lead cross-functional execution (Supply, Marketing, Finance). - Track promo ROI, OTIF, and on-shelf availability; fix gaps fast. - Forecast volumes; manage returns, claims and chargebacks. - Build account P&L and quarterly review decks. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/Operations/Finance) or Diploma in Business Mgmt. - 3–5 years in KAM/Enterprise/Modern Trade. Skills & Tools: - Negotiation, Excel/BI, route-to-market, category management. KPIs: - Volume vs forecast; account revenue & margin; promo ROI; OSA; NPS. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–260,000 + quarterly bonus + car allowance. Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, fuel/phone, laptop.
