Openings: 6 positions Location: Nairobi (hybrid) Overview: Our client is looking for six Inside Sales Reps to convert inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp, qualify fast and book meetings that close. Key Responsibilities: - Work sales cadences; hit daily call/email/WhatsApp quotas. - Qualify leads (BANT/CHAMP/meddic-lite); book demos. - Update CRM religiously; no activity, no pipeline. - Send proposals; follow up to signed orders. - Run micro-campaigns with Marketing for pipeline gaps. - Give weekly feedback on objections and messaging. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma in PR/Business. - 1–3 years in telesales/inside sales. Skills & Tools: - Dialers/CRM, writing, objection handling, time management. KPIs: - SQLs created; meeting set rate; show rate; conversion rate; revenue. Compensation (Kenya): KES 60,000–110,000 + commission (OTE 90,000–170,000+).
