Openings: 8 positions Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for eight BDRs to prospect the mid-market social selling, cold email, events, and research that warm doors for AEs. Key Responsibilities: - ICP research and list building; clean data for AEs. - Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages. - Book discovery calls; coordinate AE calendars. - Log activities and learnings in CRM; A/B test messaging. - Support events and webinars for lead capture. - Pass clean, qualified opportunities with context. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma in Business/PR. - 0–2 years prospecting; strong writing preferred. Skills & Tools: - CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, curiosity. KPIs: - Meetings booked; SAL/SQL conversion; pipeline adds. Compensation (Kenya): KES 50,000–90,000 + commission + spiffs. Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, data, training.
