Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to recruit, enable, and grow reseller/agent partners, driving a predictable pipeline through the channel. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and tier partners; sign MOUs/contracts. - Build enablement (pricing, playbooks, certification). - Co-sell with partners; structure MDF and incentives. - Review pipeline, forecast and deal health weekly. - Police channel conflict and discounting rules. - Run quarterly business reviews with top partners. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma in Business. - 4–6 years in channel/indirect sales (tech/FMCG/telecom). Skills & Tools: - Partner management, negotiation, Excel/BI, training delivery. KPIs: - Channel revenue, active partners, win rate, MDF ROI. Compensation (Kenya): KES 280,000–345,000 + bonus + car allowance.
