Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi (regional travel) Overview: Our client is looking for an Enterprise AE to land and expand six-figure deals, navigating complex buying groups and long cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Territory plan; ABM on priority accounts. - Multi-thread stakeholders; run discovery to business case. - Orchestrate POCs, proposals, and executive demos. - Negotiate MSAs/SOWs with Legal/Procurement. - Accurately forecast; maintain clean CRM. - Expand post-sale with CS and Partners. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS/Finance); MBA a plus. - 4–7 years enterprise selling with proof of quota achievement. Skills & Tools: - MEDDICC/BANT mastery, storytelling, ROI modeling, CRM, executive presence. KPIs: - Quota attainment; deal velocity; multi-year TCV; expansion revenue. Compensation (Kenya): KES 220,000–400,000 base + commissions/accelerators (OTE 400,000–700,000+). Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands.
