Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi (hybrid) Overview: Our client is looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to make the revenue engine faster by processing data, dashboards, and compensation accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Own CRM data model, rules, and hygiene; design stages/SLAs. - Build dashboards (pipeline, velocity, conversion) for leadership. - Run forecasting cadence; highlight risk and upside. - Administer commissions; audit attainment and disputes. - Improve quote-to-cash processes with Finance/Legal/Ops. - Train reps on tools and reporting. Education & Experience: - BCom (BIS/Operations/Finance) or Diploma + analytics cert. - 2–4 years in sales ops/rev ops/BI. Skills & Tools: - CRM admin, Excel/BI, process mapping, stakeholder influence. KPIs: - Forecast accuracy, stage compliance, time-to-quote, data quality. Compensation (Kenya): KES 120,000–200,000 + annual bonus (up to 15%). Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: - Medical, training, and hybrid stipend.
