Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi - Thika Rd Overview: Our client is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to translate business pain into solution designs and win technical validation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead discovery workshops; map requirements to solutions. - Build demos/POCs; tailor scripts and datasets. - Write solution designs and scope for SOWs. - Answer RFPs/RFIs; coordinate with Product/Engineering. - Handover to delivery with clear success criteria. - Train AEs on product capabilities. Education & Experience: - BCom (BIS/Operations) or IT/Business mix; certifications a plus. - 3–5 years pre-sales/consulting/BA. Skills & Tools: - Demo building, ROI modeling, storytelling, light SQL/BI. KPIs: - POC win rate, technical validation pass rate, and cycle reduction. Compensation (Kenya): KES 180,000–250,000 + bonus. Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands.
