Openings: 5 positions Location: Nairobi - Village Market Overview: Our client is looking for five Retail Supervisors to own store performance, floor leadership, merchandising, and conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales associates; coach on conversion and attach rate. - Manage rosters, opening/closing, cash and stock audits. - Keep displays/planograms immaculate; launch promos on time. - Resolve escalations; drive NPS. - Report daily sales, footfall, and product feedback. Education & Experience: - Diploma/BCom in Business/Marketing. - 2–4 years retail with 1+ year team lead. Skills & Tools: - POS, inventory systems, coaching, and visual merchandising. KPIs: - Sales vs target; conversion; attachments; shrink; NPS. Compensation (Kenya): KES 70,000–120,000 + store incentives.
