Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi - Westlands Overview Our client is looking for a Sales Trainer to sharpen the commercial team, onboarding, playbooks, certifications, and deal-clinic facilitation. Key Responsibilities: - Build sales onboarding and certification paths. - Create pitch decks, call scripts, and objection-handling guides. - Run weekly trainings and deal clinics; coach managers. - Measure impact (time-to-first-deal, win rate, activity quality). - Maintain LMS/content hub; refresh quarterly. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma in PR/Business. - 3–5 years in sales training/enablement or top-performing sales. Skills & Tools: - Instructional design, CRM reports, LMS, facilitation. KPIs: - Ramp time, certification rate, win rate uplift, and content adoption. Compensation (Kenya): KES 110,000–180,000 + annual bonus. Figures are estimates provided by our clients and vary based on your experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands. Benefits: Medical, training budget, and laptop.
