The Marketing Manager role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position focused on growing a tech-enabled retail brand in Kenya’s home electronics market. Based in Westlands, it combines creativity, analytics, and commercial strategy to drive both brand visibility and revenue growth.
You’ll lead brand planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across digital, influencer, and traditional channels, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact. The role involves managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams while turning insights into clear strategies that strengthen positioning and drive demand.
As a leader, you’ll coach a small team, oversee creative quality, and align closely with Sales and Merchandising to ensure seamless go-to-market execution. Success in this position means balancing storytelling with data, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering marketing initiatives that scale awareness, engagement, and profitability.

KES 240,000–320,000 + annual performance bonus. Figures are estimates shared by our clients and vary by experience, interview performance, certifications, and company pay bands.
