A rapidly growing e-commerce group is hiring two Performance Marketers to accelerate its multi-brand D2C portfolio across fashion, wellness, and home products. Based in Kilimani along Ngong Road, this role is designed for data-driven growth specialists who combine analytical precision with creative testing to boost revenue and efficiency across digital channels.
You’ll take ownership of the entire performance funnel, running campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, managing budgets and bids, and refining targeting to optimize CAC and LTV. Every experiment you launch will have a visible impact on the daily sales curve, with the freedom to test bold ideas and iterate quickly based on performance data.
The role calls for constant experimentation and collaboration. You’ll build and maintain dashboards to track ROAS and conversion trends, document learnings, and coordinate with CRM and Content teams to ensure every campaign aligns with audience insights and brand tone.
