Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Lavington (James Gichuru Rd) Overview: An established premium lifestyle brand is hiring a Social & Community Lead to shape its digital voice and turn online engagement into real-world loyalty. Based in Lavington along James Gichuru Road, this role blends creativity, strategy, and analytics to make the brand a daily presence in conversations among style-conscious consumers. You’ll own the brand’s social storytelling, crafting compelling narratives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn that capture attention, inspire action, and strengthen community ties. Every post, comment, and collaboration will reflect the brand’s sophistication while driving measurable engagement and conversions. The role is both creative and analytical. You’ll manage content calendars, guide photo and video shoots, and track performance through metrics like engagement, repeat purchases, and sentiment. Expect close collaboration with CRM and influencer partners to connect community growth with tangible sales and retention outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Build channel strategies (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn). - Plan calendars; brief and approve photo/video shoots. - Engage daily; respond within SLAs; escalate issues tactfully. - Launch social commerce and ambassador programs; track sales. - Partner with CRM on retention and loyalty mechanics. - Monitor sentiment; run quarterly community surveys; report insights. Education & Experience: - Diploma/BCom in Marketing/PR/Communication. - 3–5 years social/community; premium or lifestyle preferred. Skills & Tools: - Content planning, copy, creator management, Sprout/Hootsuite, GA4/UTMs. KPIs: - Engagement rate, CAC via social, repeat purchase rate, sentiment/NPS. Compensation (Kenya): KES 80,000–150,000 + campaign bonuses. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience and results. Benefits: Medical, product allowance, phone/data.
