Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Riverside Drive Overview: A fast-growing Kenyan SaaS company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how its platform connects with finance and operations leaders. Based on Riverside Drive, this role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer insight, translating technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue. You’ll be the bridge between what the product does and why it matters, turning complex workflows and feature sets into stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. This includes building customer personas, refining value propositions, and equipping Sales with sharp messaging, demos, and proof points that win deals and shorten cycles. Working closely with Product Managers and Demand Generation, you’ll plan launches, track funnel performance, and turn customer data into insights that guide both marketing and roadmap priorities. The role demands intellectual curiosity, strong communication, and a balance of analytical and creative thinking, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting dots between product functionality and business impact. In essence, this position is about turning great software into market momentum, defining how the brand speaks, sells, and scales in a competitive B2B landscape driven by clarity, trust, and measurable value. Key Responsibilities: - Own ICP, personas, and JTBD research; convert into crisp messaging. - Build value propositions, battlecards, and talk tracks by segment. - Plan product launches; coordinate docs, demos, and enablement. - Produce case studies and ROI calculators with Customers/Finance. - Partner with Demand Gen on campaigns; track funnel impact. - Train AEs/CS regularly; collect feedback into the roadmap. Education & Experience: - BCom (BIS/Marketing/Operations) or BA (PPM) with tech exposure. - 4–6 years in PMM/solutions/consulting; B2B preferred. Skills & Tools: - Research, storytelling, pricing/packaging basics, HubSpot/Salesforce, Loom/Figma. KPIs: - Win rate, pipeline influence, adoption of new features, time-to-first value. Compensation (Kenya) KES 150,000–280,000 + annual bonus. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience and certifications. Benefits: Medical, pension, hybrid stipend, learning budget.
