A fast-growing Kenyan SaaS company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how its platform connects with finance and operations leaders. Based on Riverside Drive, this role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer insight, translating technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue.
You’ll be the bridge between what the product does and why it matters, turning complex workflows and feature sets into stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. This includes building customer personas, refining value propositions, and equipping Sales with sharp messaging, demos, and proof points that win deals and shorten cycles.
Working closely with Product Managers and Demand Generation, you’ll plan launches, track funnel performance, and turn customer data into insights that guide both marketing and roadmap priorities. The role demands intellectual curiosity, strong communication, and a balance of analytical and creative thinking, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting dots between product functionality and business impact.
In essence, this position is about turning great software into market momentum, defining how the brand speaks, sells, and scales in a competitive B2B landscape driven by clarity, trust, and measurable value.
Compensation (Kenya) KES 150,000–280,000 + annual bonus. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience and certifications.
