Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Upper Hill (Hospital Rd) Overview: Our client is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build a category for a Kenyan fintech that serves SMEs and mid-market companies. The firm publishes data-rich insights, partners with associations for webinars, and nurtures prospects through a tight email engine. You’ll plan the editorial calendar, commission writers and designers, and tie content to the pipeline like clockwork. If you’re equal parts editor and analyst, you will love this. Key Responsibilities: - Build quarterly content themes; align with sales plays and product roadmap. - Commission/manage writers, designers, and video editors. - Publish whitepapers, case studies, and high-intent blog series. - Own email nurture flows and gating strategy. - Track content → MQL → SQL → revenue using clear attribution. - Maintain tone/voice guidelines and approvals. Education & Experience: - BCom/BA in Marketing/Communication/Journalism. - 4–6 years B2B content; SaaS/fintech a plus. Skills & Tools: - Editorial planning, analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, CMS/SEO basics. KPIs: - MQL quality, content-influenced pipeline, organic growth, email engagement.
