Based in Upper Hill, this role is built for a marketer who combines editorial instincts with analytical discipline, someone who can turn complex financial topics into clear, high-impact content that drives awareness, trust, and pipeline growth. You’ll own the full content engine: shaping quarterly themes, managing a network of writers and designers, and ensuring every asset, whitepaper, case study, or blog moves prospects closer to conversion. The role bridges storytelling and strategy, aligning content with sales initiatives, product updates, and industry conversations to position the brand as a thought leader in fintech. Equally, you’ll bring a data-driven mindset, tracking how each piece performs across the funnel, from engagement to qualified leads and influenced revenue. Expect to collaborate across teams to maintain tone consistency, optimize campaigns, and refine messaging based on real-time analytics. This role suits a content strategist who thrives on both creativity and precision, crafting meaningful narratives while ensuring every word, graphic, and insight contributes directly to business growth and brand authority. Key Responsibilities: - Build quarterly content themes; align with sales plays and product roadmap. - Commission/manage writers, designers, and video editors. - Publish whitepapers, case studies, and high-intent blog series. - Own email nurture flows and gating strategy. - Track content → MQL → SQL → revenue using clear attribution. - Maintain tone/voice guidelines and approvals. Education & Experience: - BCom/BA in Marketing/Communication/Journalism. - 4–6 years B2B content; SaaS/fintech a plus. Skills & Tools: - Editorial planning, analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, CMS/SEO basics. KPIs: - MQL quality, content-influenced pipeline, organic growth, email engagement.
