Openings: 3 positions Location: Nairobi – Karen (Karen Rd / Hub area) Overview: Our client is seeking three Event & Activation Coordinators to bring marketing plans to life as memorable, sales-ready experiences. The brand operates pop-ups in malls, conducts campus tours, and hosts BTL roadshows, then converts leads through WhatsApp and with the help of retail partners. You’ll manage suppliers, permits, crew, and post-event reporting like a pro. Weekend work is common, but the energy on event days makes it worth it. Key Responsibilities: - Plan calendars, budgets, and checklists for each activation. - Source/manage vendors (staging, sound, promos, permits, security). - Recruit and brief brand ambassadors; ensure training and discipline. - Coordinate logistics; manage inventory and giveaways. - Track leads and sales conversions; publish ROI reports. - Enforce safety, compliance, and brand standards. Education & Experience: - Diploma in PR/Marketing/Event Management; BCom a plus. - 1–3 years events/BTL coordination. Skills & Tools: - Vendor management, budgets, MS/Google Suite, CRM lead capture apps. KPIs: - Leads captured, conversion to sales, cost per lead, execution score. Compensation (Kenya): - KES 60,000–110,000 + activation bonuses. Figures are client estimates and vary by experience and performance. Benefits: - Medical, transport/meal per diem, phone/data. Growth Path (hierarchy/expected promotions): - Senior Coordinator → Events Manager → Brand/Trade Marketing Manager. Ideal hierarchy and expected promotion cycle.
