A fast-growing e-commerce marketplace is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketer to boost customer retention and repeat purchases across its fashion, beauty, and electronics categories. Based in Parklands along Chiromo Road, this role blends data-driven strategy with creative communication, turning customer behavior insights into personalized, high-impact journeys that drive loyalty and revenue.
You’ll design and optimize automated flows across email, SMS, and push notifications, creating touchpoints that feel relevant and timely rather than promotional noise. Working closely with the data and merchandising teams, you’ll build audience segments, test messaging and offers, and refine campaigns based on clear metrics like repeat rate, average order value, and churn.
This role demands both analytical sharpness and empathy for the customer experience. You’ll continuously experiment with new tactics, measure results, and adapt strategies to deepen engagement and retention.
