Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Parklands (Chiromo Rd) Overview: A fast-growing e-commerce marketplace is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketer to boost customer retention and repeat purchases across its fashion, beauty, and electronics categories. Based in Parklands along Chiromo Road, this role blends data-driven strategy with creative communication, turning customer behavior insights into personalized, high-impact journeys that drive loyalty and revenue. You’ll design and optimize automated flows across email, SMS, and push notifications, creating touchpoints that feel relevant and timely rather than promotional noise. Working closely with the data and merchandising teams, you’ll build audience segments, test messaging and offers, and refine campaigns based on clear metrics like repeat rate, average order value, and churn. This role demands both analytical sharpness and empathy for the customer experience. You’ll continuously experiment with new tactics, measure results, and adapt strategies to deepen engagement and retention. Every campaign you craft will have a direct, measurable link to the business’s bottom line, making this a perfect opportunity for a marketer who thrives on turning insights into action and data into loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Map the full lifecycle: welcome, activation, cross-sell, win-back. - Build segments and personalization rules with the data team. - Design and A/B test flows; keep a living playbook. - Coordinate with creative and merchandising for offers. - Track cohort metrics (RPR, AOV, churn); present weekly. - Maintain compliance (opt-in, privacy, frequency caps). Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma + marketing automation experience. - 2–4 years lifecycle/CRM in retail/e-commerce or apps. Skills & Tools: - Klaviyo/Braze/HubSpot, GA4, SQL basics, copywriting for conversion. KPIs: - Repeat purchase rate, AOV, unsubscribe/complaint rates, flow-level ROI. Compensation (Kenya): KES 120,000–220,000 + retention bonus. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience and results. Benefits: - Medical, staff discount, hybrid stipend.
