Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Ruaraka (Thika Rd) Overview: A regional consumer electronics company is hiring an E-commerce Manager to oversee its branded online store based in Ruaraka, along Thika Road. The role sits at the center of merchandising, pricing, performance marketing, CRM, and fulfillment, bringing every piece together to deliver a seamless shopping experience. You’ll manage daily store operations, optimize listings and promotions, and lead cross-functional coordination with the warehouse and marketing teams. From planning campaigns and bundles to tracking conversion rates and fulfillment SLAs, your impact will be visible on the revenue dashboard. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented operator who enjoys both strategy and execution, balancing data, creativity, and speed to grow a high-performing e-commerce channel. Key Responsibilities: - Own storefront KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV); plan promo calendar and pricing. - Coordinate listings, content, and inventory accuracy with the warehouse. - Run cross-functional stand-ups with Performance and CRM. - Launch bundles, vouchers, and partner promos; measure ROI. - Oversee onsite search, navigation, and PDP testing. - Track service metrics with CX; fix blockers quickly. Education & Experience: - BCom (Marketing/BIS) or Diploma + strong e-com experience. - 3–5 years managing a Shopify/Magento/VTEX store. Skills & Tools: - Shopify/Magento, GA4, feed tools, Excel/BI, pricing instincts. KPIs: - Revenue vs plan, CVR, AOV, fulfillment SLA, return rate. Compensation (Kenya): KES 140,000–260,000 + quarterly performance bonus. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience and results. Benefits: - Medical, staff discount, phone/data.
