Openings: 2 positions Location: Nairobi – Industrial Area (Nanyuki Rd) Overview: Our client is looking for two Payroll & Benefits Officers who take pride in getting the numbers right every time. You’ll be joining a busy manufacturing group in Industrial Area, where hundreds of people rely on you to make sure their pay, benefits, and deductions are handled with care and precision. It’s steady, meaningful work that keeps the company running smoothly and the staff smiling come payday. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR and Finance to collect inputs, crunch data, and keep everything spotless from payslips to statutory filings. The team values accuracy, empathy, and clear communication just as much as technical skill. Key Responsibilities: - Consolidate monthly inputs (attendance, OT, commissions, allowances). - Process payroll; validate outliers; obtain approvals. - File PAYE/NSSF/NHIF pensions; reconcile to GL. - Administer medical, group life, and other benefits. - Answer staff queries; maintain confidential records. - Prepare payroll reports and audit schedules. Education & Experience: - Diploma/BCom (Accounting/HR). - 2–3 years payroll processing. Skills & Tools: - Sage/BrighterMonday HR/Zoho People, Excel, confidentiality, service mindset. KPIs: - Error-free runs; on-time filings; query turnaround; reconciliation accuracy. Compensation (Kenya): KES 80,000–140,000 + accuracy bonus.
