Our client is on the hunt for an HRIS Analyst who lives and breathes data, systems, and clean dashboards. This isn’t your average HR support gig. You’ll be the go-to person keeping people systems connected, accurate, and actually useful. The company is scaling fast, growing from 400 to 700 employees across the region, and they need someone who can turn messy data into insights that leadership can act on.
You’ll own everything from system configurations to automations that save hours, not minutes. One day you’re mapping integrations between payroll and the ATS, the next you’re building slick dashboards that tell a story at a single glance. If you get a small thrill from an error-free report and love when a process just flows, this is your kind of playground.
