Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Riverside Drive Overview: Our client is on the hunt for an HRIS Analyst who lives and breathes data, systems, and clean dashboards. This isn’t your average HR support gig. You’ll be the go-to person keeping people systems connected, accurate, and actually useful. The company is scaling fast, growing from 400 to 700 employees across the region, and they need someone who can turn messy data into insights that leadership can act on. You’ll own everything from system configurations to automations that save hours, not minutes. One day you’re mapping integrations between payroll and the ATS, the next you’re building slick dashboards that tell a story at a single glance. If you get a small thrill from an error-free report and love when a process just flows, this is your kind of playground. Key Responsibilities: - Configure HRIS modules; manage roles, workflows, and approvals. - Build dashboards for leaders (headcount, turnover, DEI, cost). - Integrate HRIS with ATS, payroll, LMS, and identity tools. - Run audits for data quality and access controls. - Train HR and managers; create clear user guides. - Manage vendor SLAs and change requests. Education & Experience; - BCom (BIS/HR) or IT + HR exposure. - 2–4 years HRIS/People Analytics. Skills & Tools; - HRIS admin (Bamboo/Workday/Zoho/SAP), SQL/Sheets/BI, data privacy. KPIs; - Data completeness; report delivery SLA; automation time saved; access audit pass. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–220,000 + annual bonus.
