Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Parklands (Chiromo Ln) Overview: Our client is on the hunt for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst who believes numbers tell stories about fairness, motivation, and balance. This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling logistics tech group that wants to keep its people happy and its payroll tight. You’ll crunch data, build structures, and make sure every shilling spent on people is smart, equitable, and defensible. You’ll be that quiet force in the background, ensuring every promotion, bonus, and salary review makes sense not just emotionally but mathematically. Expect deep dives into surveys, spreadsheets, and dashboards that translate into real pay decisions for hundreds of staff. The ideal fit? Someone who can explain comp ratios without putting a room to sleep, who enjoys building models, and who treats payroll data like gold. It’s a mix of trust, rigor, and a touch of Excel magic all in the service of helping the company reward performance the right way. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain job architecture and grading; run evaluations. - Benchmark roles; design salary ranges and allowances. - Manage annual merit/bonus cycles; prepare EXCO packs. - Administer benefits (medical, pension, insurance) and vendor SLAs. - Advise on offers, promotions, and pay equity. - Track payroll cost vs budget; publish dashboards. Education & Experience: - BCom (Finance/HR) or Economics; analytics skills. - 3–5 years comp & ben/analytics. Skills & Tools: - Excel advanced, BI dashboards, survey tools, modeling, and confidentiality. KPIs: - Range penetration, pay equity metrics, cycle accuracy, survey participation. Compensation (Kenya): KES 170,000–240,000 + annual bonus. Client estimates vary with experience and certifications. Benefits: - Medical, pension, training.
