Openings: 6 positions Location: Nairobi – Kawangware Overview: Step into a classroom where curiosity meets structure. As one of six ECD Teachers, you’ll guide Pre-Primary 1 & 2 learners through early literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills, transforming play into purposeful learning. Each day, you’ll craft lessons that balance creativity with CBC-aligned learning goals, ensuring children leave with both joy and tangible progress. Our client seeks educators who are warm, energetic, and observant, able to spot subtle breakthroughs and gently scaffold challenges. You’ll run phonics sessions, read-alouds, and early math exercises with manipulatives, all while maintaining clean, safe, and stimulating spaces for exploration. Classroom management meets empathy. Here, your ability to inspire confidence and curiosity matters as much as what you teach. Communication is key: you’ll engage parents through conferences, portfolio updates, and practical tips for home practice. Beyond academics, your watchful eye supports feeding routines, hygiene, and safeguarding, making every child feel seen and secure. Think of yourself as a partner to families, a guide for children, and a builder of strong early foundations.
