Join a team that believes every learner deserves dignity, tailored support, and measurable growth. As one of three Special Needs Teachers, you’ll work with learners with ASD, ADHD, and mild-to-moderate learning disabilities, designing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that translate assessment into actionable progress. Your days blend instruction, observation, and collaboration, helping each child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our client values educators who are empathetic yet sharp, able to coordinate therapists, run pull-out sessions, and advise mainstream teachers on accommodations without slowing down the broader classroom flow. You’ll ensure behavior plans, assistive technology, and sensory-friendly routines are not just on paper but actively shaping learning experiences.
Collaboration extends beyond the classroom: you’ll partner with caregivers through training sessions and support groups, fostering trust and equipping families with strategies to reinforce learning at home. Safety, de-escalation, and dignity are non-negotiables. Your leadership ensures the unit remains inclusive, respectful, and structured.
Success here is tangible. IEP goal attainment, attendance, caregiver and teacher satisfaction, and reduced incidents measure your impact, while your guidance sets the standard for inclusion across the school. This is a role where compassion meets measurable outcomes, giving you visibility, purpose, and influence on young lives.
KES 90,000–150,000 + IEP outcome bonus. Client estimates vary with credentials and experience.
