Our client seeks educators who can mix rigor with empathy, teachers who value lesson study, share resources, and contribute to common assessments that actually inform instruction. You’ll not only deliver lessons but also analyze item-level performance to pinpoint where interventions are needed most. Beyond the board and markers, you’ll sponsor math clubs, competitions, and real-life problem-solving activities, connecting abstract concepts to everyday contexts. Professionalism in classroom discipline, timely parent communication, and exam integrity are part of the rhythm here; your influence shapes both learning and culture. Success is measurable: improved pass rates, value-added growth across terms, and adherence to exam protocols. Education & Experience: - B.Ed (Maths) or BSc (Maths) + PGDE; 2–5 years teaching secondary. Skills & Tools: - Assessment design, classroom management, spreadsheets, GeoGebra/Desmos. KPIs: - Pass rates, value-added (baseline to term end), and exam integrity. Compensation (Kenya): KES 70,000–120,000 + exam/results bonus. Client estimates vary with experience and outcomes.
