Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for an Academic Registrar to oversee admissions, records, timetables, and exam integrity at a mid-sized private college. You’ll maintain clean MIS data, drive audit-proof documentation, and coordinate with faculties to keep student journeys smooth. The job balances policy rigor with empathetic student service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage admissions, registration, credit transfers, and records. - Build term timetables, rooming, and invigilation rosters. - Oversee examinations, moderation, results processing, and transcripts. - Maintain policies (appeals, special exams, deferrals) and compliance. - Publish calendars, handbooks, and management dashboards. Education & Experience: - Degree in Education/Admin; 4–6 years in registrar/academics office. Skills & Tools: - SIS/MIS (PowerCampus/UNIT4/Custom), Excel/SQL basics, documentation. KPIs: - Registration cycle time, error rates, audit outcomes, and student satisfaction. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–240,000 + annual bonus.
