Exams don’t run themselves; someone has to make sure every question, every answer sheet, and every mark is accounted for with military-grade precision. As an Examination Officer, you’ll be that person: coordinating paper setting, moderation, printing, and secure storage, while keeping invigilation and results entry running like clockwork.
It’s a role where the devil’s in the details. You’ll publish timetables, train invigilators, and manage special accommodations, all while anticipating hiccups before they happen. Think of it as being part detective, part conductor, ensuring fairness and integrity across every assessment.
Our client expects a lot: zero leaks, flawless documentation, and audits that pass without a hiccup. But you’ll also get the satisfaction of seeing smooth exam cycles, accurate results, and students’ achievements reflected without error.
This position blends meticulous process management with a dash of human interaction. You’ll handle appeals, oversee remarking, and coordinate with staff in ways that balance accountability with approachability. Every decision you make here helps maintain trust in the school’s academic standards.
KES 85,000–130,000 + exam season allowance. Client estimates vary with experience and scale.
