Openings: 8 positions Location: Nairobi Overview: Our client is looking for Teacher Assistants to support literacy blocks, math centers, and classroom routines in Grades 1–3. You’ll work under a class teacher, provide targeted support to struggling learners, and keep the environment organized and joyful. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare materials; run small-group reading/math centers. - Track simple progress notes; report daily to the class teacher. - Supervise break/lunch; ensure safety and kindness. - Communicate with parents as guided; uphold school values. - Assist with displays, resources, and classroom organization. Education & Experience - Certificate/Diploma in Education; 0–2 years; passion for early literacy. Skills & Tools: - Patience, clear communication, basic records, teamwork. KPIs: - Learner engagement, punctuality, support notes quality, and classroom order. Compensation (Kenya): KES 30,000–45,000 + attendance bonus. Client estimates vary with experience.
