Openings: 5 positions Location: Nairobi – Karen Overview: Our client is looking for Creative Arts Coaches to prepare ensembles and productions for school festivals and term concerts. You’ll mentor students, coordinate rehearsals, manage costumes/props, and collaborate with academic staff to balance arts with class time. The school values confidence-building and inclusive participation. Key Responsibilities: - Plan rehearsals; select age-appropriate repertoire/scripts. - Teach technique, stage presence, and ensemble discipline. - Manage costumes, props, budgets, and event logistics. - Enforce safeguarding and performance consent protocols. - Document progress and produce reflection pieces with students. Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Music/Theatre/Dance or Education + arts specialization; 2–4 years coaching. Skills & Tools: - Rehearsal planning, stagecraft, event coordination, child safety. KPIs: Participation rates, performance quality, punctuality, and feedback from students/parents.
