You’ll be out in homes and schools, coordinating with teachers, community health volunteers, and families, making complex systems feel navigable while safeguarding each child’s rights and privacy. The role isn’t all field visits and forms; it’s about cultivating trust, guiding parents through challenging moments, and running support groups that spark real change.
