Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Social Work/Community Dev; 1–3 yrs fieldwork. Skills & Tools: - Case notes, facilitation, child protection, cultural sensitivity. KPIs: - School attendance restored, care-plan milestones, referral closure rate. Compensation (Kenya): KES 55,000–90,000 + transport allowance. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience.
