Openings: 5 positions Location: Nairobi – Kayole Spine (Masimba / Bee Center corridor) Overview: Our client is looking for Community Engagement Officers to build trust, recruit participants, and co-design solutions with residents. You’ll run barazas, focus groups, and door-to-door outreach, ensuring women, youth, and persons with disabilities are included. The organization values active listening and respectful, evidence-based engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Map stakeholders; schedule dialogues and feedback loops. - Support targeting/verification; manage participant lists. - Facilitate FGDs/HH visits; record consent and notes. - Relay concerns to programs; close the feedback loop. - Track attendance, inclusion, and satisfaction metrics. Education & Experience: - Diploma/Degree in Community Dev/Sociology; 1–3 yrs field mobilization. Skills & Tools: - Facilitation, documentation, local language fluency, empathy. KPIs: - Turnout quality, inclusion rates, issue resolution speed, retention. Compensation (Kenya): KES 50,000–85,000 + field allowance. Figures are client estimates and vary with experience.
