Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Kileleshwa (Mandera Rd enclave) Overview: Our client is looking for an S&C Coach to deliver evidence-based programming for an elite youth academy (football, basketball, rugby). You’ll run assessments, periodize loads around fixtures, and collaborate with physios to minimize soft-tissue injuries. The academy invests in GPS tracking and simple wellness logs—your job is to make the data actionable. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct FMS/strength/power tests; set individual plans. - Periodize in-season/off-season blocks; manage acute: chronic ratios. - Coordinate with coaches/physios on return-to-play. - Track RPE, sleep, soreness; adjust loads weekly. - Educate athletes on nutrition, hydration, and recovery basics. Education & Experience: - BSc Sports Science / Exercise Physiology; CSCS or equivalent preferred; 3–5 yrs. Skills & Tools: - Testing, periodization, GPS/RPE, Excel/Sheets, cueing & coaching. KPIs: - Soft-tissue injury rate, availability %, performance deltas (speed/power), adherence. Compensation (Kenya): KES 140,000–230,000 + performance bonus.
