Openings: 3 positions Location: Nairobi – Kasarani (Thika Rd stadium precinct) Overview: You’ll be the architect of young players’ growth, turning raw potential into on-field intelligence. This isn’t just coaching, it’s development-first football, where technical skill, tactical understanding, and core values all matter equally. Your session plans will be precise, purposeful, and personalized, guided by GPS and match analysis. Week in, week out, you’ll manage squad selection, playing minutes, and individualized development plans, giving each athlete clarity on what to improve and why. Video analysis won’t just be a tool; it’s your lens for spotting trends, tailoring feedback, and communicating meaningful progress to players and parents alike. Off the pitch, you’re a guardian of culture and safety. Codes of conduct, safeguarding, and school/academy coordination all fall under your remit. You’ll engage scouts, maintain positive relationships with schools, and ensure every player experiences structured, respectful, and motivating football education. Key Responsibilities: - Plan sessions (technique, tactical, small-sided games). - Select squads; manage minutes, feedback, & IDP reviews. - Analyse video; communicate targets with players/parents. - Enforce codes of conduct & safeguarding. - Coordinate scouts & school relationships. Education & Experience: - Coaching badges (CAF C/B or FKF Level 2+) + 3 yrs youth coaching. Skills & Tools: - Session design, video analysis, communication, and safeguarding. KPIs: - Player progression, minutes equity, match model adherence, retention. Compensation (Kenya): KES 80,000–140,000 + win/placement incentives.
