Openings: 3 positions Location: Nairobi – Kasarani (Thika Rd stadium precinct) Overview: Our client is looking for three Football Coaches to lead U15/U17 squads in a development-first academy. You’ll deliver session plans that emphasize technical mastery, game intelligence, and values. Data from GPS and match analysis will help you personalize feedback and minutes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan sessions (technique, tactical, small-sided games). - Select squads; manage minutes, feedback, & IDP reviews. - Analyse video; communicate targets with players/parents. - Enforce codes of conduct & safeguarding. - Coordinate scouts & school relationships. Education & Experience: - Coaching badges (CAF C/B or FKF Level 2+) + 3 yrs youth coaching. Skills & Tools: - Session design, video analysis, communication, and safeguarding. KPIs: - Player progression, minutes equity, match model adherence, retention. Compensation (Kenya): KES 80,000–140,000 + win/placement incentives.
