Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Donholm (Manyanja / Savannah loop) Overview: Lead, inspire, and shape the next generation of female athletes. This isn’t just about drills; it’s about building confidence, teamwork, and resilience on and off the court. You’ll design structured practices, condition players, and embed a culture where skill meets discipline. From game-day logistics to academic balance, you’ll ensure every athlete thrives safely and efficiently. Video review, scouting, and warm-ups become tools in your playbook to optimize performance while preventing injuries. Beyond the court, you’re a mentor and connector: fostering feeder-school talent, liaising with parents, and cultivating a respectful, empowering team environment. Success is measured not just in wins but in retention, development, and the impact you leave on young players’ journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Weekly practice plans (skills/sets/conditioning). - Film review & scouting basics for tournaments. - Injury-prevention warm-ups; athlete monitoring. - Fixture logistics, parental comms, and safeguarding. - Talent identification & feeder school outreach. Education & Experience: - Coaching certs + 2–4 yrs youth/high-school coaching. Skills & Tools: - Practice design, video basics, communication, and first aid. KPIs: - Win ratio vs schedule strength, athlete retention, discipline records. Compensation (Kenya): KES 65,000–110,000 + tournament allowances. Client estimates; varies with experience.
