Off the field, your influence extends to parents and guardians: educating them on concussion protocols, return-to-play policies, and the values underpinning youth rugby. Success is measured not just in match wins, but in retention, discipline, and the growth of each player into a confident, respectful athlete. Key Responsibilities: - Design age-appropriate progressions; coach contact safely. - Strength & movement basics with S&C coordination. - Match prep, set-piece systems, and video feedback. - Concussion recognition, removal, and RTP protocols. - Code of conduct & safeguarding enforcement. Education & Experience: - World Rugby L1/L2, first aid; 2–4 yrs youth rugby. Skills & Tools: - Safe contact coaching, set-piece planning, comms. KPIs: - Injury record, skills progression, retention, match discipline. Compensation (Kenya): KES 70,000–120,000 + match allowances. Client estimates; varies with certifications.
