You’ll coach, supervise, and troubleshoot, whether that’s refining a freestyle stroke or ensuring proper backwash routines.
Parents, meets, and equipment are part of the ecosystem. Clear communication, smooth meet logistics, and well-maintained starting blocks, lane ropes, and training aids keep the program running like clockwork. Progression, incident-free days, and measurable performance improvements define your success both in the pool and in building swimmers who love the sport.
