Openings: 4 positions Location: Nairobi – Runda (Ruaka Rd / Two Rivers spur) Overview: Our client is looking for four Swimming Coaches to run learn-to-swim through competitive squads while supervising lifeguard rosters and water-quality routines. You’ll plan lanes by ability, track times, and keep NEMA-aligned chemical logs tidy. Safety and progression come first. Key Responsibilities: - Teach stroke fundamentals; plan progressive sets & meets. - Maintain lifeguard shifts, drills, and incident response. - Record chlorine/PH; backwash & chemical handling logs. - Parent communications and meet logistics. - Equipment upkeep (lane ropes, starting blocks). Education & Experience: - Coaching certs + Lifeguard cert; 2–5 yrs; first aid a must. Skills & Tools: - Stroke instruction, pool ops, safety drills, timing apps. KPIs: - Pass rates, PB improvements, incident-free days, chemical compliance. Compensation (Kenya): KES 70,000–120,000 + meet-day allowances. Client estimates; varies with squad size & certs.
