Safety and hygiene checklists aren’t just compliance, they’re the quiet heroes behind a smooth, trusted operation. Numbers tell the story, but so do the softer wins. Net growth, retention, and NPS measure impact, yet nothing replaces the satisfaction of a flawlessly run class, a trainer hitting their stride, or a member sharing how the gym changed their routine. Balancing operational rigor with human touch is your art. Outside the gym floor, you’re the brand’s ambassador. Corporate tie-ups, influencer partnerships, and events amplify reach, build community, and reinforce your culture. Every interaction online or offline is an opportunity to showcase energy, professionalism, and the vibe you cultivate. Key Responsibilities: - Own P&L, membership targets, and sales funnels. - Schedule classes/PT; manage rosters and service standards. - Maintain equipment preventive maintenance & cleanliness. - Run safety inductions and incident reports. - Build partnerships (corporates, influencers, events). Education & Experience: - BSc Sports/Business; 4–6 yrs gym/club management. Skills & Tools: - Sales, service ops, maintenance basics, CRM. KPIs: - Net member growth, retention %, NPS, equipment uptime. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–240,000 + commission/bonus. Client estimates; varies with growth & retention.
