Openings: 1 Location: Nairobi – Dandora Industrial (Outering / Gitare Marigu cluster) Overview: Our client is looking for a Maintenance Planner to turn work requests into executable plans with parts, permits, and manpower ready before the shift starts. You’ll run weekly scheduling meetings, protect frozen weeks, and publish compliance metrics that improve credibility with Production. Organized, firm, and fair wins here. Key Responsibilities: - Scope jobs; create plans (steps, hours, parts, permits). - Build weekly schedules; manage frozen windows and break-ins. - Control backlog; analyze delays; improve kitting & staging. - Track schedule compliance and wrench-time; issue root causes. - Keep a clean history in CMMS; standardize job plans. Education & Experience: - Diploma/BSc Mechanical/Electrical; 4–6 yrs planning in plants. Skills & Tools: - CMMS, planning math, parts kitting, Excel/Power BI, stakeholder comms. KPIs: - Schedule compliance, wrench-time %, backlog age, emergency work %. Compensation (Kenya): KES 150,000–230,000 + annual bonus. Client estimates vary with performance.
